1. Allen Tolbert was born on October 15th 1800 at Bolt West Virginia. Allen died on September 15th 1883 at Raleigh West Virginia. Allen married Elsie Elenor Sutphin on Februry 1st 1819 at Floyd County Virginia. Elsie was born on Februry 8th Elsie died on May 10th 1871 at Carroll County Virginia. Elsie is the child of Archibald Holden Sutphin and Mary Jane Halstead. Archabald was born on July 22 1849 Mary was born on June 9th 1863 at Raleigh County West Virginia Elsie had the following children Lucertia Lucy Tolbert and Jermiah Tolbert
